Future scenarios
Several possible scenarios follow of how we might come to percieve the non-local space we live in under globalization; followed by a description of how fundamentally different a non-local spatial model based on Planetization would be.
If the New World Order becomes a reality and the globalists achieve militarily what they've already termed 'Full Spectrum Dominance', in the not too distant future our sense of ‘The World’ might derive from the various US Military Command Zones that now completely encircle our Earth. We might come to feel for instance, that instead of living in Anytown Kansas, USA... we live instead, in the Central Command Zone... Quadrant J... Section 5. Those living outside the USA would have a sense of themselves living in either the Southern or Northern Military Command Zones, and the landmasses under their respective control.
If, instead of a military model, an economic model of The New World Order comes to predominate, under trade agreements such as NAFTA and CAFTA a 'levelling out' of present income disparities between The North and The South will reduce all North, Central and South American populations to Third World economic status. The Americas, under regional integration , would merge into one Economic Zone, blurring and eventually rendering meaningless any former national boundaries from Alaska to the tip of South America. Regional trade agreements are already blurring the sovereignty of Canada, the United States and Mexico and facilitating the rise of a new entity some now refer to as Canico .
Under this economic model of globalization, the European continent and the Pacific Rim countries would also unite into similar Economic Zones all under the central authority of the WTO headquarters in Brussels, until any former distinctions of history, language and culture in these areas eventually disappeared. Or, in the future we may no longer regard any specific landmass on Earth as our homeland... but find ourselves living instead in perpetual states of transience, forever on the move according to the needs of global capital and labor. .
No doubt, like the British Royal Family, Nation States will continue to linger on with only symbolic power for quite some time. Their evocation in ceremony, and on certain holidays would continue to stir strong sentiment in their respective populations for a few more generations. This is similar to the way in which many Irish Americans wear green on St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate their ancestral roots even though they self-identify in a more meaningful way as Americans (and are considered Americans by the native Irish if they travel to Ireland.) Planetization leads us in a totally different direction.
'The World' under Planetization
Under globalization, whatever conceptual framework of 'The World' comes to take the place of the existing Nation State model will be equally as abstract, disempowering and alienating from our achieving greater awareness of our place and presence within the larger Planetary/Cosmic spatial reality we truly exist within. Planetization, on the other hand, grounds us together in this more expanded and objective spatial matrix.
We’ve all seen images of our Earth Mother as seen from space. This image is now deeply imprinted on our collective psyche. But truly integrating this consciousness expanding image in a meaningful way, and experiencing ourselves as existing on our Earth Mother, in the majestic depths of the Cosmos, means more than just intellectually accepting the truth of this profoundly transformational image. Grounding ourselves in this more evolved and expanded Planetary/Cosmic spatial orientation has implications in many diverse areas of our lives. Outlined below are just a few of them.

The Cosmic Code
- Our individual experience of it, even for a few brief minutes a day, will ‘knit together’ so to speak, a higher order unity within our species. Through it, the Noosphere will become a functioning, vital reality.
- Planetization will profoundly and swiftly shift the balance of power away from the small global elite as we begin to withdraw our energies from the old Nation State model and it continues to lose legitimacy and usefulness in our eyes. Once we ground ourselves in the more objective Planetary/Cosmic dimension of our existence, any abstract paradigm of 'The World' that denies this larger reality will no longer be perceived as having the same validity or legitimacy.
