                                  LONGER INNER WORK EXERCISE FOR PEACE

           The Process:

     Make a print copy of this exercise. This exercise is designed in a series of stepped plateaus that work together to gradually intensify one's focus and emotions. It consists of alternating plain text and bold-face text passages. Doing this exercise involves reading, alternating with periods of closing one's eyes to focus on the specific emotional energy of Peace and Love by repeating inwardly just the last line in each bold-faced passage. Inwardly repeating this last line generates the most intense emotion. The last line in these bold-faced passages has been written simply so that they succinctly capture the emotion, and can be easily memorized and repeated with one's eyes closed.

     The plain text passages should be read from your print copy in a relaxed manner, as you'd read a passage in a book. The images allied with the words should spring naturally to mind without any effort or deliberate focus required. Their purpose is to center your attention on the specific subject of this exercise, to bring associated images to your mind, and to evoke the emotions of Peace and Love that this particular exercise involves. The bold-faced text passages are meant to be read inwardly with greater intensity of focus and feeling. Their purpose is to generate ever more powerful emotions of Love and Peace. Inwardly repeat the last line of the exercise as many times as you wish, and for however long you choose to stay with the intensified emotion conveyed within it.  

     A 'circuitry' of sorts of ever more intense emotional energy is created by reading inwardly the bold-faced passage, closing your eyes; then mentally repeating over and over again just the last line.  Doing this 'back and forth' a few times maintains the heightened specific emotion of the exercise, making it even stronger, but this is an optional step. Another way to increase the intensity of the specific emotional energy is to memorize the complete bold-faced passage used in the exercise. This is like the difference between saying a traditional prayer by reading it off a page and not knowing the words by heart, compared to the spiritual ardor, intensity, and centeredness in prayer you feel when you know the words to the prayer by heart, and can close your eyes and prayerfully recite them.

     Memorizing the complete bold-faced passage enables you to maintain a deeper focus by not having to split your intention and attention between the emotions conveyed by the words - and having to read them off a page. If you do decide to commit these passages to memory, do so at a separate time, and not when you're actually doing the exercise. Again, this is so that you don't split your attention on two separate tasks. Writing the words to these passages down on index cards and looking at them at odd moments throughout your day is an easy way to memorize them. These passages are short enough so that they can be committed to memory with little effort.

                                                            THE EXERCISE

     Find a comfortable spot, close your eyes and relax your body. Take several deep, cleansing breaths to clear your mind. If you have a personal routine you use to prepare yourself for any inner work, such as surrounding yourself with Divine White Light, grounding yourself to Earth, etc., you can do that as well. Once relaxed and centered inwardly, visualize in your mind’s eye an image of Earth within the backdrop of space. Hold this image in awareness. Begin to get a sense of all of all of humankind collectively focused on the larger Cosmic/Planetary dimension of our existence.

     (Close your eyes and focus on the image above. When it feels right to you, open your eyes and proceed to the next section). 

     Maintain and deepen this sense of all of us collectively focused on our planetary presence. Feel it. Feel it being experienced by all people everywhere. All our habitual busywork and pre-occupations are suspended as we collectively take this time out to feel and experience our quite literal togetherness on our home planet, within the depths of Cosmic space. Widen your perspective beyond your present ego, beyond your physical body to become ONE with this collective centering on our planetary Presence and Togetherness. Feel yourself firmly grounded in awareness and At-One-Ment with all of humankind in this more expanded spatial orientation. Begin to get a sense, while still maintaining this collective planetary perspective, of how our former, more limited ways of orienting ourselves spatially by nations and continents pales in comparison, and how this more expansive perspective renders the old ways largely insignificant.

     (Close your eyes and focus on the image above. When it feels right to you, open your eyes and proceed to the next section)  

     Once grounded in our Planetary Presence and Togetherness, sense all of us everywhere, collectively begin to focus on peace. An intense desire and passion for peace begins to spread out from each individual human ‘cell’ of the emerging planetary mind of Gaia, and permeates and saturates our Collective Consciousness Field with our strong desire for Peace… We feel this coherent wave of consciousness, created by each individual human committed to Peace, move out over continents and across oceans to encircle our Earth… In our fervent commitment to Peace, we also  unequivocally and forcefully repudiate and pre-emptively reject any and all propagandized lies that may be used to justify future wars. We feel an urgent and intense commitment to create and maintain a new world of Peace, for all our sakes. 

     We understand that creating a world of Peace over our planet depends not only on our passionate repudiation and condemnation for all future wars - whether our own so-called 'leaders' are attempting to provoke them, or another nation - but also on our collective ‘weaving together’ on the subtle energy level, bonds of emotional connectivity, of Caring and Love throughout our species... With this goal in mind, we now begin to initiate and intensify the subtle energy bonds that will unite us together in Love, Caring and Compassion...  It is a shield, a form of protection infinitely more powerful, enduring and efficacious than any space-based Star Wars project envisioned under the old paradigm. This subtle-enegy shield is a self-organizing, planet-wide psychic/organic immunity for our collective ‘body’, and the body of Gaia, against any and all future assaults of war. With this end in mind, begin to mentally repeat the following lines as many times as it feels right to do so.

                     “We love one another, value one another, and appreciate one another.

We protect one another and care for one another, very, very much.”

 

     We feel the words above intensifying our emotional connection to one another. They are like electrical transducers, strengthening and concentrating subtle energy bonds and psychic filaments of Caring, Love and Oneness connecting together all of humankind...  As we continue to inwardly repeat the words over and over again, the emotions of Love and Caring that the words convey builds in intensity and clarity. Together we are creating and sustaining this powerful wavefront of coherent Love energy as it circles round our Earth, over mountains and across oceans, blanketting all under its protective, sheltering embrace and uniting us as One.. We experience this Love and Caring for one another not as individuals, not with our egos – but from our wave-aspect… within our Oneness... We become the Love and the caring. .. We are the Love and the Oneness... 

  Keep mentally repeating the bold-faced passage below for as long as it feels right to do so.

 

“We love one another, value one another, and appreciate one another.

We protect one another, and care for one another, very, very much.”

 

      Continue to repeat the words inwardly as the wavefront of Love energy and Caring intensifies. If images come into your mind’s eye that captures the essence of this intensifying Love and connection among all of humankind, let them come..  Appreciate the insight, but stay centered in the feelings of Love, Caring and Oneness that is saturating and over-flowing in each individual human everywhere, and phase-entraining our Collective Consciousness Field to its powerful emotional frequency. Remember that Love is the most powerful force in the Universe, and that we have now reached the level of spiritual maturity as a species to where we can begin to harness this power and use it for our collective good.

    Keep mentally repeating the bold-faced passage below for as long as it feels right to do so.

   

“We love one another, value one another, and appreciate one another.

We protect one another, and care for one another, very, very much.”

 

        When you are ready to end this inner work session, still relaxed,  slowly open your eyes. Begin to become aware once again of your body and your physical surroundings. Take 3 or 4 deep, cleansing breaths. Sit in stillness for a few more moments to reflect on the  inner work session you just completed. If you’d like to stay with the experience a little while longer, write down your feelings and any insights or images that came to you as you were engaged in the exercise, and any after-thoughts or ideas that might come to you concerning future sessions.
