SHORT INNER WORK EXERCISE FOR PEACE
After centering inwardly, and grounding yourself in your Planetary Presence and Planetary Togetherness, intensify the feelings of caring and love that are eminating out of all people everywhere, as we collectively join together in the inner work for Peace. Feel the subtle energy bonds, and bonds of emotional connectivity radiating from all people, on every landmass of Earth as we focus on protecting one another, and caring for one another. Together, we're experiencing a new sense of affection and love for one another... It exhilerates us, and gives us a new sense of freedom, and liberation to finally make an opening in our human consciousness to acknowledge our Planetary Oneness, and deepening love and caring for one another.... Keep mentally repeating the bold-faced passage below for as long as it feels right to do so.

Bonds of love are uniting us together at the subtle-energy level as we feel our essential Oneness and collectively begin to rise above all the entrenched, rigid habits of mind that kept us separated until now... We become the Love we feel as it permeates throughout all of humankind, enveloping everyone, and comforting everyone. We feel how intently we all want Peace in our world, for ourselves, for our children... for all our loved ones... It's as if we're symbolically throwing our arms protectively around one another, all over our planet, on every landmass, as we focus on how important Peace is to us. Keep mentally repeating the bold-faced passage below for as long as it feels right to do so.

Feel the intensity of the Love you have for all of humankind increasing within you...Know that it is very real on the subtle-energy level, and is forming the psychic unity of the Noosphere that will unite us all together in Peace and Love for generations to come... Know you are helping to weave into being a new world of Peace where the love we have for one another grows ever stronger day by day.
After several minutes, relax, and focus back on your body... Become aware of your breathing... Slowly open your eyes and center back in your surroundings... Take a few minutes to reflect on the inner work exercise you just completed and any feelings or thoughts it evoked in you...You might want to start a journal to jot down the thoughts and insights that come to you after an inner work session. If you have such a journal, take a few minutes to write down your feelings now.
